Despite of all efforts that have been exerted to provide well understanding for interpretation and application of the rules, we still notice that number of documents that being rejected is still high and some misinterpretations are still exist. In this article I’ll focus on some misused terminologies and other wrong conditions and actions, or redundant terms, which are still in use by some bankers and practitioners in our region despite all actions taken to avoid or minimize such issues:
